Blood Moon Nights & Days

We have just spent two glorious days at Owlpen Manor in rural Gloucestershire exhibiting at the first Artisan Wedding Fair. The weekend was spectacular in every respect - the setting, the weather, the fair itself and the wonderful throngs of visitors who made the days sparkle. The weekend came to a glorious climax with a remarkable photoshoot featuring the cast of exhibitors styled to reflect their various trades. Time After Time was able to contribute some beautiful pieces and we pulled out the stops ourselves with a coordinated gothic 1930s steampunk look with Sandra wearing an embroidered velvet ensemble accessorised with antique Bedouin jewellery, one of her own steampunk bouquets and a bean pod hat that has to be seen to be believed! David wore a 1930s Aquascutum overcoat, cashmere scarf, Italian cardinal hat and a carved wooded Koi Carp brooch. Somewhere in the middle of it all we found ourselves standing in the garden of Time Acres at 03:11 in the morning gazing at the most spectacular night sky we have ever witnessed, with the moon approaching full eclipse. Breathtaking and humbling! Then it was back to bed at 04:15 and up at 07:00 for the photoshoot. If you've reached this far, Time After Time will be open this morning at 11:00 with most of the re-stock chaos already sorted out. Many thanks to all who contributed so generously at the Owlpen Manor fair, especially Holly & Raoul of Mr and Mrs Productions. Watch this space for the first images as they appear...
