August Additions

There are new pieces arriving at Time After Time each day. Whether it's a Dolce & Gabbana bag, a 1930s butterfly wing tray from Rio, a Lagerfeld cashmere or a Chloe cocktail dress - there is always something fresh and new to tickle the fashion taste buds.

When each iconic piece leaves with someone (today that wonderful airforce blue fine wool Crombie, the Victorian smoking cap, the Georgian walnut dresser cabinets to name a few) something arrives to take its place.

We love our textiles at Time After Time, so the rich textures and patterns feature heavily in our collection - from the snakeskin bags and boots to the peasant weaves and prints of the skirts and jackets, from the 1920s lace to the hand-stitched evening bags, you'll find richness and depth throughout the store.

Saturday will bring some couture cocktail gowns and dresses from the 60s and 70s - floaty chiffon numbers in subtle colours, heavily beaded wonders in burnt oranges and deep purple.

And if you can't find what you're looking for ask about the extensive collection we have behind the scenes in our warehouse. Off season pieces are racked there, things just waiting in the wings - so if you have something in mind, just ask us.

We also like to dispel the myth that everyone was 'smaller' or 'thinner' in those olden times... Balderdash! Men were still men, women still women. We source pieces for all sizes - flapper dresses in size 24, suits for big guys, little guys, clothes for the ladies in all sizes. Onece again, just ask.
