Marcasite Cherry Necklace on Plastic Lovely detailed silver coloured plastic necklace in the form of leaves with cherry bunches inlaid with Marcasite forming the cherries. The piece is probably from the mid 20th Century. The leaves measures 1 5/8" wide and the total length with the chain is 16" Keep your silver Marcasite in a jewellery case lined with fabric or in a box which has dividers and compartments so that the jewellery is stored in a clean and dry place. (Water is not kind to Marcasite) Wrap each piece of jewellery individually in a soft tissue paper or special plastic pockets when not being worn
